This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which this website collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and to all products and services offered by FitXFearless LLC.
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, subscribe to the newsletter, submit an application, book a call, or interact with other services, features or resources we make available. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, and mobile phone number.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
You may consent to receive SMS messages from FitXFearless LLC by submitting your mobile phone number through a form on our Site, during webinar or event registration, when booking a call, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchase.
Messages may include appointment and call reminders, webinar and live event reminders and links, customer service and support replies, account or order updates, and, where you have opted in to marketing, promotional offers and program information.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the programs you have opted in to.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to all messages sent and received.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use third party communications platforms to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers process phone numbers solely to transmit messages we send and are contractually prohibited from using that data for their own marketing purposes.
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices, along with security measures, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information that is not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
As stated in the SMS section above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from all such sharing.
